Being Chief Strategy Officer of JW Corporation (a leading conglomerate of businesses in Pakistan) and Global Head of Strategy & Transformation of British American Tobacco (a Fortune 500 company), he has driven large scale business transformations including international expansion of JW Corporation, setting up new shared service centres for BAT, elevating BAT shared services from back office to commercial business partners.

He is one of the industry leaders who developed simplified transformation models. He has transformed a division of BAT (BAT Global Business Solutions) from back office to value driver of businesses as Global Head of Strategy and Transformation. In his current role as Chief Strategy officer in JW Corporation have expanded internationally and a multiple conglomerate companies have been transformed in a short period of one year.
Khurram aims to Pakistan businesses through digitisation, transformation and insights enablement. Pakistan has enormous potential to be a strong player in the global BPO landscape. Khurram's vision is to unblock Pakistan potential by bringing high end Shared Services skills and capabilities that facilitates international clients to maximise their business value.
Khurram is especially passionate about diversity, be it cognitive, ethnic, religious or women at work.
Prior to current roles Khurram has over 25 years of CEO, CFO, CSO experiences in various industries including tobacco, food, textile, electronics, glass, health and retail businesses. He has worked in various countries including Pakistan, Malayisa, Romania and United Kingdom and has managed teams in more than 10 countries across Europe, America and Asia.
